Cygnus Online is the area's call centre training college.
This
purpose-built training college offers flexible training
with the aim of increasing employability to meet the future
needs of the expanding call centre industry, as well as
providing tailor-made training for companies. Managed
in conjunction with Swansea College, Cygnus Online offers
training covering all aspects of the call centre business
– from training telephone operators to training IT
technicians.
