Serviced sites are available for sale on a 125 year long leasehold basis at a peppercorn rental.

The sale will initially proceed by way of a building agreement, where once the purchaser has completed the construction of their proposed development, the long leasehold interest will be conveyed.

An annual estate service charge will be payable under the long leasehold tenure as a contribution to the upkeep and maintenance of any common areas of the Baglan Energy Park.
