How quickly can a new unit be constructed and made ready for our occupation at Baglan Energy Park?

Team Baglan has prepared a range of designs for new units which can be quickly adapted and brought forward through the planning and construction process. It is possible that a new building could be available for occupation within 15 months of the initial enquiry. For further information and a provisional and confidential discussion please contact us with your requirements.

Are there any restrictions on business uses?

Baglan Bay welcomes enquiries from all companies. The vision is to establish a high quality industrial and business park location. Any potential uses that conflict with this vision will need to be given careful consideration, however the size and nature of Baglan Bay would allow most users to be accommodated in an area which can be designated for heavier industrial users, hi-tech, light industrial, and business space occupiers.

Would there be room for future expansions at Baglan Bay?

Baglan Bay is keen to encourage future development and expansion which will increase the level of investment in the region and create future new employment opportunities. All plots are designed with future expansion in mind.

Can we rent the unit to begin with, but retain the option to purchase it in the future?

Team Baglan will consider flexible tenure arrangements to accommodate the needs of business and industry. If realistic commercial terms can be agreed, arrangements for a company to lease the property with an option to purchase in the future can be agreed.

What financial assistance would be available for locating to Baglan Bay?

Baglan Bay lies within a designated TIER 1 area and qualifying new investment projects should benefit from the maximum grant assistance available. Further details can be obtained by contacting Team Baglan.
