British Council, Cairo, Egypt
Our redeveloped building and its new entrance hall was formally opened by Tessa Jowell MP on 14th October. The building has successfully rationalised and improved the site in accordance with the British Council's brief.

Willoughby House, Richmond, Surrey
We have been commissioned by Frank Nominees Ltd to undertake a feasibility study for the conversion of this 1970's office building to full residential use.

Liverpool City Library
The practice has recently been appointed by Liverpool City Council for the redevelopment of Liverpool Central Library. Gaunt Francis are currently preparing proposals as part of a Heritage Lottery submission aimed for the end of the year.

Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester
Gaunt Francis are currently compiling detailed planning drawings for the £25m regeneration of this landmark 1960's office and retail development in Manchester. After providing an advisory role for the client in previous phases, the practice has now been instructed to undertake all the design works on this important City Centre building.

Arlbee House, Cardiff
We have recently submitted a detailed planning application to Cardiff County Council for the conversion of the ground, lower ground and 1st floors to leisure use, as part of the continual upgrading of Greyfriars Road into a major city centre restaurant and nightclub venue.
