In 2001 we recruited five trainee solicitors who are all due to qualify in 2003. We do not anticipate recruiting any more trainees prior to Autumn 2003 but always welcome applications from exceptional candidates with a strong academic background and complementary inter-personal skills. Candidates who are shortlisted for interview and assessment will normally have gained a 2:1 degree or above.

MLM offers training contracts of two years, with the opportunity to gain experience in every major practice area of the firm (commercial property, company and commercial, litigation, employment and healthcare) on a six-month rotation basis.
