Neil Chandler, Head of Sales, Operations and Change is based at HBOS Personal Lending in Chester. Neil has been with
the business for over 18 months, having joined from Royal & Sun Alliance. He now oversees the credit card and personal
loans operational centres alongside IT
and Business Change. Neil also leads the sales and distribution channels within
the business.
A key contact centre employer in the UK, HBOS Personal Lending boasts over 2,000 colleagues in eight sites across the country, including two locations in Wales. The Cardiff Contact Centre and Operations team are based at Cardiff Gate and HBOS Personal Lending also has offices at the heart of Cardiff Bay.
