MIKE MINAHAN

As Director of Customer Services on Capita’s TV Licensing contract, Mike has overall responsibility for two call centres, customer relations, support teams including training and recruitment and the customer administration functions.

Previously with PHS, the UK’s leading workplace services provider, he was Commercial Operations Manager for its two call centres and the 450 associated staff. He was also in charge of customer retention and contract renewal, and developed and managed the PHS overseas operations in Jersey, Guernsey and Ireland. Before that, he was Senior Operations Manager for Hyder Plc who provide Gas, water and electricity to the domestic and commercial market and also are an outsourcing company specializing in full-managed service solutions for the public, private and health sector.
