Since founding Fluency in 2001, Paul has pioneered rapid growth in the
UK speech industry. He acts as strategic advisor to a number of major
blue chip organisations and regularly speaks at events, especially on
customer experience. Prior to this Paul worked in business and
technology consulting with netdecisions group. |
