Justin Petrovay is an Associate Partner with Gallup based in the United Kingdom. He works with clients to boost their productivity and bottom line by maximizing the engagement of their businesses’ employees and customers. His innovative yet pragmatic approaches help senior management and their leadership teams re-align practical and valuable metrics with the right outcomes, and empowering business leaders to execute strategic performance management initiatives.
Justin has worked with local, regional, and global institutions in various industries, especially for the banking, manufacturing, and government sectors.
Prior to joining Gallup, Justin spent 5 years as an Instructor in an International Training Center. He also successfully set up and ran his own technical consultancy firm - training, advocating state-of-the-art technology; that was subsequently acquired by one of the world largest printing companies.
Petrovay earned a bachelor’s degree (with honors) in Multimedia from the University of Central Lancashire. Justin’s native language is English; he is also fluent in Hungarian. |
