Rufus Grig is an experienced call centre technology specialist with knowledge in most areas of the field – from low level switching and CTI technology right through to multimedia contact centres, desktop integration, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and particular experience in responsible methods of predictive dialling.
Prior to his current role, Rufus held the same position at Convergent Systems, which was acquired by Azzurri in April 2003. He had been with the business, in its many guises, since leaving university in 1991.
As well as leading the Callmedia business for Azzurri Communications, he is a frequent writer and conference speaker, contributing regularly on the subject of the future of contact centre technology and call and contact centre technology and is a columnist for CCF magazine.
Rufus is based in Winchester in the South of England, is a keen musician and is married with three young children. He has a degree in Physics from Manchester University. |
